This was an amazing project in that it was one that started out as a great idea and actually stayed close to the original concept. This broke away from the previous year's wall calendar and incorporated the spiral bound, planner style calendar. It's been wonderful to see so many employees carrying them around to meetings.

 

I pitched the idea of using photography that helped demonstrate how many benefits are available for the company at which we work. Since we recently rolled out our company's Instagram account, I wanted the images to have that same feel. Each month included a blurb at the bottom that encouraged employees to submit their own photos to us that demonstrated how they were using that month's spotlight benefit.

 

Also at the end of the calendar was a paper pop out Hope&Will, the company's logo and mascots. We encouraged employees to take Hope&Will along with them on their adventures and submit images with the cutouts. The results have been outstanding, and we've received a plethora of participation.
